Highlights for 2011
Finally tax preparers are going to be tested. YEA!!!
With very few exceptions anyone can say they are a tax
preparer with little to no knowledge of the subject.
That will soon change.
Right now EAs, CPAs, and attorneys are the only people required
to maintain education during each year.
This has been a long time coming and the public will be better
served.
